Transformational Youth Ministry

I gave another talk at Gathering in the East about Transformational ministry. It is actually one of the things this site is about. You can read my original post for my thoughts on that from a few years ago.

The presentation was more of a guided conversation, so while I’m posting the slides here, you really had to be there.

One request coming out of the presentation was to create a “Transformational Ministry Plan.” I have thought a bit about that in the past few days and I’m not sure it is possible to create such a plan. It has a lot to do with where you are at, and what is appropriate for your community.
