Technology is reshaping our world. This statement is almost passe at this point. Everyone knows that the internet has significantly affected the way we do just about everything. As usual it appears that those of us in ministry are on the trailing rather than the leading edge of this transformation.

We have been reluctant to embrace technology because it is new and different. We have concerns about privacy and our ability to understand exactly what is out there. We are frustrated and embarrassed when we can’t accomplish what we want, and those who offer help often condescend rather than contribute.
